Areas of flooding possible in the mountains below the snow level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will generate moderate to heavy rainfall tonight through Thursday afternoon. Rainfall rates of 0.50 to 0.75 inch per hour are expected, locally up to one inch per hour possible in the mountains below the snow level and where thunderstorms develop. This watch includes the following burn scars: Bridge, Line, and Airport.
