Debris flow are possible near recent burn scars. Areas of flooding possible in the mountains below the snow level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will generate moderate to heavy rainfall tonight through Thursday afternoon. Rainfall rates of 0.50 to 0.75 inch per hour are expected, locally up to one inch per hour possible in the mountains below the snow level and where thunderstorms develop. This watch includes the following burn scars: Bridge, Line, and Airport. The heaviest rainfall for late tonight through Thursday morning is expected with the passage of the cold front with another round of locally heavy rain possible Thursday afternoon with any thunderstorms that develop. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
